These locomotives will be used on the City owned 18 mile short line for daily switching operations. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the 18th day of June, 2013 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will present the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 25th day of June, 2013.
