The City of Prineville is seeking proposals for engineering services to develop a stormwater master plan to facilitate compliance with the EPA's national pollution discharge elimination system. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the City of Prinevilly city hall, 387 NE Third Street. All firms interested in submitting a proposal are required to attend. Sealed proposals, plainly marked "Storm Water Master Plan Project - RFP 600-09-10" and addressed to "ATT: Cindy MacDonald, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville Oregon 97754" will be accepted until 10:00 AM on February 25, 2010. Prineville Police To Host Citizen's Academy

The Prineville Police Department is accepting applications for their Volunteers in Policing Program.  This is a volunteer (unpaid) position.  The next Citizen's Academy begins February 17th, 2010.  Volunteers in the program gain an inside look into the operations of the Prineville Police Department and are able to serve our community in a number of ways.  For more information, please contact Mary Dethman at mdethman@prinevillepd.org or by calling the Police Department at 541.447.4168.
