Dedicated to the revitalization and development of the City of Prineville to expand the tax base, create jobs, foster public and private partnerships, improve the City’s housing stock, improve the City’s overall image and to advance the economic vitality and quality of life in the City’s neighborhoods; to formulate planning, development and marketing practices; to stimulate and manage economic growth and development opportunities by attracting new job generating enterprises that will increase the City’s grand list; to coordinate key organizational initiatives with each of its divisions and to provide the leadership and management for the administration’s development policies, programs and special projects.
